The Onyx Studio 9 is designed to be both a high-end speaker and a piece of modern decor.2 The most notable upgrade from the Studio 8 is the transition to a three-tweeter system, which creates a much wider soundstage and exceptional vocal detail.3 It features Constant Sound Field (CSF) technology, a proprietary algorithm that ensures the audio feels immersive regardless of where you are standing in the room.
Connectivity receives a major boost with Auracast™ technology, allowing you to synchronize an unlimited number of compatible Harman Kardon or JBL speakers for a massive multi-room experience.5 It also retains the fan-favorite Self-Tuning feature—every time you move the speaker to a new spot, it automatically recalibrates its EQ to suit the room’s acoustics.
