Product Description

The M5 iPad Pro maintains the incredibly thin 5.1mm design introduced with the M4 model but overhauls the internal architecture. Powered by the Apple M5 chip (built on a 3nm process), it features an upgraded 16-core Neural Engine and a 10-core GPU with Neural Accelerators in every core. This makes it up to 3.5x faster at AI tasks like real-time image generation and video upscaling compared to the M4.

One of the most welcomed changes for the 256GB model is the jump to 12GB of RAM (up from 8GB on the previous generation), providing significantly more “breathing room” for heavy apps like DaVinci Resolve or Octane X.
